Flatela’s public website has deliberately been designed to be simple and privacy-friendly.
No storage by the website
The quote form does not send or store any information on the website server. When you click “Prepare email” or “Send via WhatsApp”, your own messaging application opens with a prepared message.
Cookies and audience measurement
This version of the website uses no tracking cookies and no audience measurement tools.
Email and WhatsApp exchanges
Information you choose to send is then handled in the normal course of the business relationship solely to answer your request. You may request its correction or deletion by writing to siomara.viegas@flatela.com.
