SINCE 2004 · SÃO TOMÉ AND PRÍNCIPE
Flatela supports institutions, embassies, companies and private clients with carefully coordinated language, technical and logistical solutions.
FLATELA
Founded in 2004, Flatela has supported national and international stakeholders in São Tomé and Príncipe for more than two decades.
The company brings together translation, conference interpreting, language revision, technical equipment and multilingual event management in a coordinated service tailored to each assignment.
Its knowledge of the São Toméan context, venues and service providers makes it possible to handle both a one-off translation and an international conference organised from A to Z.
WHAT WE DO
Each service can be requested separately or combined into a complete solution designed around the event, audience and working languages.
Simultaneous, consecutive and liaison interpreting for conferences, meetings, workshops, training sessions and official visits.
Reports, studies, institutional, administrative, business and personal documents, adapted to their purpose and audience.
Translation revision, language correction, terminology harmonisation and final preparation of professional documents.
Booths, transmitters, receivers, headsets, microphones, sound systems, installation, testing and on-site technical support.
Flatela can handle the overall preparation and coordination of an event, from venue selection to final logistics, while providing the client with one central point of contact.
EVENTS FROM A TO Z
International conference, workshop, training session or institutional meeting: Flatela coordinates the people, equipment and providers required so that every participant can listen, understand and contribute in the best possible conditions.

HOW WE WORK
The client keeps one central point of contact while Flatela organises the contributors and oversees delivery.
Dates, languages, venue, participants, documents and any technical or logistical requirements.
Flatela defines the team, equipment and services required and prepares the proposal.
Interpreters, translators, technicians, venues, catering and other providers are brought together.
Flatela remains involved until the assignment or event has been completed.
